1. About UFill
UFill ("UFill", "we", "us") is a software tool operated by UFill Inc., a company incorporated in Canada. UFill helps users organize personal information and autofill Canadian immigration forms (such as IMM 1294 and related documents).

UFill is NOT a law firm. UFill is NOT a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or paralegal. UFill is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), or any Canadian government body.
Nothing on this site or in the app constitutes legal advice. UFill does not interpret immigration law, evaluate your eligibility, or represent you before IRCC. For legal advice you must consult a licensed Canadian immigration lawyer or a CICC-licensed RCIC. The official source of truth is always canada.ca.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Canadian law to use UFill.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
- Provide truthful, accurate information about yourself.
- Do not submit information about other people without their consent.
- Do not use UFill to commit fraud or misrepresent yourself to IRCC.
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
Misrepresentation to IRCC is a serious offence under section 127 of IRPA and can result in a 5-year ban from Canada. UFill cannot detect or prevent this — the responsibility is yours.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from Settings → Billing. Refunds within 14 days if you have not generated or downloaded a filled form.
7. Intellectual property
The UFill software, interface, and content are owned by UFill Inc. You keep ownership of any personal data you enter. By using UFill you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate the service (see Privacy Policy).
8. No guarantee of approval
UFill does NOT guarantee approval of any visa, study permit, work permit, or any other immigration application. IRCC alone decides outcomes. Anyone — including agents, consultants, or websites — claiming a "guaranteed" outcome is breaking the law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, UFill Inc.'s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including refused applications, lost study terms, or travel costs).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify UFill Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the service or submission of false information.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. On closure your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
